This download has the latest software and driver for most Microsoft keyboards including Natural, Multimedia and Internet (see above). The package must be installed to provide full functionality of the buttons and controls running across the top. You can install the driver and software update straight onto your system without going through the laborious task of loading one driver from the original disc, rebooting and then loading the update (so if you are going to reinstall Windows, download this package now).

The update adds support for Windows Vista, lets you re-assign many of the keys to open a program, file or Web page-or to perform a command (such as Find or Show Desktop), plus you can disable keys you sometimes accidentally press (such as the old favourite - CAPS LOCK). Note: if you have a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard, you will need to have Windows Vista or Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.
