This is the last updated driver for the Intel 740 Graphics Card (sometimes called the i740 card). It will work under Window 95 and 98 and was last updated by Intel in 1999. Intel state the 740 driver for Windows XP is on the XP installation CD, but it may be a little tricky finding its exact location.

This driver is compatible with the following versions of the Intel Video BIOS: VB239, VB233, VB231, VB230, VB220 and VB212. Another place to try is the manufacturer of your card by visiting the Intel vendor site for 740 cards.
